SEO-first site structure
Map the real services, locations, proof, questions, and contact paths buyers need before spending money on traffic or another redesign.
AI search-ready websites for local leads
A new era of search is here. Old site structures and heavy platforms make it harder to stay clear, fast, and findable. We build clean static websites with focused pages, plain answers, expert proof, strong lead paths, and structure that buyers and search models can understand.
Before: rented, slow, hard to update
After: fast, polished, owned outright
Free lead and SEO teardown
Send the URL and the biggest headache. If there is no site yet, send the business type and first goal. We'll look for the obvious lead leaks first: unclear offer, weak service pages, thin local signals, slow pages, broken contact paths, AI-search gaps, and platform friction.
What is a teardown?The offer
Aging website builders can bury good businesses under templates, scripts, vague service pages, and weak conversion paths. The visible problem is fewer calls and leads. The underlying problem is usually structure: unclear pages, thin proof, weak local signals, and a platform that makes simple improvements harder than they should be.
Map the real services, locations, proof, questions, and contact paths buyers need before spending money on traffic or another redesign.
Build pages around plain-language answers, clean headings, internal links, schema, proof, and focused next steps.
Move off Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, or plugin stacks when the current setup is slowing down SEO, lead paths, ownership, or simple updates.
Sharper copy, better mobile layout, cleaner service pages, stronger calls to action, and a visual system that helps customers trust the business faster.
How it works
The first conversation should not be abstract. We start from the site already in market and show what can be clearer, faster, easier to trust, and easier for buyers and modern search systems to understand.
We review the current site for search visibility, service-page structure, design, speed, mobile layout, trust, and obvious conversion leaks. If there is no site yet, we map the first useful version.
For qualified leads, we send a focused homepage direction or section mockup so they can see the upgrade before buying.
We build the site, preserve important URLs where possible, clean up on-page SEO, improve answer structure, set up forms and analytics, and prepare the code/repo handoff.
They can host it in their own account, ask us to stay involved for edits, or layer in ongoing local SEO and commerce improvements after launch.

The one-time revamp fixes the foundation: design, copy clarity, mobile layout, forms, analytics, launch, code handoff, on-page SEO basics, and the answer structure modern search expects. Monthly plans are for help, not required hosting rent.
Initial build or revamp
Additional pages are $200 each, capped at $2,000 for a standard website build or revamp. Larger migrations, ecommerce, booking systems, AI-search content strategy, or custom apps get scoped separately, but simple commerce and payment flows can move quickly.
Lean build or revamp
For the core site: clear offer, trust, services, contact path, mobile polish, and SEO fundamentals.
After launch
After launch, clients can take the code and host it themselves, use simple managed hosting, or ask us to stay involved for updates. SEO growth is separate because serious search work depends on goals, market, and pace.
Code handoff
For owners who want the finished site delivered with source files and a repo-ready project.
Basic hosting
For simple static sites that just need a clean place to live after launch.
Site care
For small ongoing site work after launch: edits, tune-ups, and keeping the site fresh.
SEO growth
For businesses that want serious ongoing SEO after the site foundation is fixed. We talk through the market, service priorities, local visibility, AI-search structure, and content pace before shaping the right package.

Who builds this
Freehold Sites is run by Brian Duryea. I have spent years building, revamping, and growing sites that need search traffic, clear offers, and working lead paths, including Bat Digest, Beyond Blue Logbooks, Tiny Tales Big Ideas, and BusDuty.
That matters because a revamp is not just a prettier homepage. It is the structure underneath it: fast pages, clean headings, useful service copy, internal links, forms that work, and the on-page SEO basics that help a business get found by people and modern search systems.

FAQ
Yes, if you are comfortable working through the repo or another editor we agree on. If you do not want to touch code, a lightweight care plan or CMS can be added when frequent edits actually justify it.
Yes. The deliverable is standard website code and content files. You can host it in your own account, move it later, or keep us involved only when you want help.
If the goal is the cheapest possible do-it-yourself site, Wix or Squarespace can be a better fit. This revamp is for owners who want the design, copy cleanup, migration planning, on-page SEO basics, forms, redirects, launch, and code ownership handled for them.
Important page titles, descriptions, headings, URL redirects, schema, speed, and local service copy are preserved or improved during the revamp. For content-heavy sites, we scope migration carefully before quoting.
The revamp includes on-page SEO fundamentals and AI-search-friendly structure because a clear, fast, well-organized site is the first step. Ongoing SEO is separate because rankings, local content, reviews, links, Google Business Profile work, and lead tracking need steady attention.
Yes. The starter form can post through a Cloudflare Pages Function to a webhook, email system, CRM, or spreadsheet.
Yes, when the ecommerce need is simple and focused: product pages, payment links, lightweight checkout flows, quote requests, or a small storefront. Large catalogs, inventory-heavy operations, and complex subscriptions get scoped separately.
