About Freehold Sites

Built by an operator, not a website-rental shop.

Freehold Sites is run by Brian Duryea. I build fast, useful business websites for teams that need the site to explain the offer, earn trust, and turn visitors into real leads.

Who dis

Brian Duryea

I have spent years building websites, improving on-page SEO, and growing content and product pages that rank for thousands of keywords across local and niche search. The work is practical: understand the market, make the page useful, structure it clearly, and keep improving what earns attention.

I have also taught web development in the public school system for 10 years. My background includes a master's degree in computer science with an emphasis in machine learning and a bachelor's degree in economics.

I also run real web properties, so this work is grounded in the same practical stuff every website needs now: load speed, mobile layout, search visibility, lead quality, clean analytics, and not overpaying for software that does not move the business forward.

How that helps clients

The build starts with business clarity, then SEO structure.

Most business websites do not need a giant CMS. They need a clear service offer, fast pages, trustworthy visuals, strong internal links, a real contact path, and page titles/headings that match how customers and AI search systems understand the market.

Design that explains

The first screen tells visitors what the business does, who it is for, and what to do next.

SEO that starts on-page

Titles, descriptions, headings, schema, service pages, redirects, and internal links are part of the build.

Ownership that stays simple

Clients get a static site that is fast, portable, and inexpensive to host.
